Current Positions

The Division of Hospital Medicine is seeking board certified/board eligible Internal Medicine physicians interested in becoming part of a large hospitalist group. This group consists of 130+ hospitalists in addition to 45+ advanced practice providers serving across 10 unique services providing a variety of care models. We are interested in candidates who will complement our culture of collaboration, compassion, and professionalism while being an advocate for the patient, as well as serving the needs of the hospital. ACLS certification is required.

Internist duties include teaching of medical residents and students, direct patient care in our non-resident and short-stay units and involvement in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives. There are also opportunities to provide care at offsite community hospitals and through more specialized clinical teams (e.g. (hematology/oncology service, renal transplant service, and bone marrow transplant). Our hospitalists are well supported, partnering with advanced practice providers across many services and enjoying embedded clinical administrative support. For those seeking a hospitalist career, there are extensive leadership, educational, QI, and research opportunities available within our system.

The ideal candidate will have trained at, or have clinical experience at a major U.S. academic medical center. Sponsorship of H1B and green cards is considered on a case-by-case basis for outstanding individuals. Research opportunities and hospitalist investigator positions are also available for qualified candidates.
