The Division of Gastroenterology & Hepatology in the U-M Medical School Department of Internal Medicine seeks applicants for faculty positions specializing in gastroenterology and hepatology to join our expanding practice. The new clinical facilities will include clinic, endoscopy, and gastroenterology physiology services to support continued growth for the future.

Candidates must be board certified in Internal Medicine and BC/BE in Gastroenterology (eventual board certification required) and are expected to have a commitment to outstanding patient care and endoscopic practice with an interest in teaching, academic medicine, and scholarship. The Division of Gastroenterology at the U-M Medical School is seeking a highly motivated and skilled General Gastroenterologist to join our esteemed team of over 90 faculty members. This full-time position offers an exceptional opportunity to engage in a mix of clinical practice, teaching, and research activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, including consultations and endoscopic procedures, within our state-of-the-art facilities.

The Division of Gastroenterology and Hepatology at the U-M Medical School is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Transplant Hepatologist to join our dynamic and collaborative team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in our liver transplant program, providing exceptional patient care to those with advanced liver disease and contributing to the continued growth and success of our transplant services. Responsibilities include pre-and post-transplant patient management, inpatient and outpatient care, and involves working closely with our multidisciplinary team of surgeons, coordinators, nurses, and specialists. Ideal candidates will possess excellent clinical skills, have an interest in academic medicine, and show a commitment to advancing the field of hepatology through innovation and education. 

The position offers a supportive environment with access to state-of-the-art facilities and resources to foster professional growth and development. Candidates must be board-certified or board-eligible in Gastroenterology and Transplant Hepatology and possess or be eligible for medical licensure in the state of Michigan.
