Residents at Michigan Medicine care for a diverse mix of patients and cases under the guidance of experienced and supportive faculty. You will join 1,300 other house officers, training across:
- Four hospitals
- 40+ affiliated ambulatory health sites
- Numerous specialized clinical and research centers

Train to improve care delivery, reduce disparities and advance health justice. Join the Healthcare Disparities Journal Club or embark on our ten-month Healthcare Equity and Quality Scholars certificate program.

Inspire others as teachers and mentors through our Residents as Educators resources, part of new house officer orientation.
Excite and motivate future physicians with creative outreach activities. Lead hands-on simulation events at national medical education conferences and for local middle schools at our annual Youth Summit at the Big House.
Improve wellbeing with access to wellness resources. Advance wellbeing research and scholarship through an annual wellbeing symposium.
