Division of Community Urology
Our division works to address the needs of a diverse population with practical, adaptable strategies unique to the communities across the state.
Our division is the leader - both within Michigan and across the nation - in the treatment of benign prostate conditions, urologic cancer, kidney stones, urinary incontinence and family planning. Our practice sites span the state and include locations such as Chelsea and Muskegon. Our team consists of urology faculty members and physician assistants who offer the entire spectrum of urologic care.
Clinical Expertise
Residents and fellows rotate with the Community Urology team in clinic and the operating room for broad exposure to urologic disease management and follow up in a non-tertiary hospital care model.
Our division supports the research objectives of the department with clinical enrollment and surgical cases at Chelsea Hospital and other offsite locations.
