Global REACH: Global Executive Education Program

The Global Executive Education Program is designed to empower Michigan Medicine's international partner institutions, offering an unprecedented opportunity for aspiring healthcare leaders around the world to spend time at Michigan Medicine learning critical knowledge and skills to improve and transform care at their home institution.

Participants (typically 15-20) spend three weeks at Michigan Medicine in Ann Arbor, MI engaging in a combination of classroom and hand-on learning to enhance their knowledge and leadership skills.

Customizable Curriculum

Our unique curriculum design combines core concepts with track-specific lessons tailored to each group's interests and needs, optimizing the experience and maximizing the learning. Common to all three tracks, a core curriculum provides an essential foundation of principles and concepts relating to the overall United States health system and Michigan Medicine. Beyond the core curriculum, three different tracks offer distinct competency-based training areas based on the participants' needs.

We welcome multi-disciplinary teams who join us to learn together as they engage with our Michigan Medicine faculty instructors and each other. Participants can include:
