Our Global REACH network of Faculty Associates (medical school) and Affiliates (non-med school) boasts more than 200 colleagues from nearly every UMMS department and discipline, as well as a number of colleagues from other U-M health science schools. They are engaged around the world in meaningful collaborations.
Any faculty actively engaged in global health or interested in becoming involved with the global health community at UMMS is able to become a Faculty Associate. The network boasts more than 200 colleagues spanning nearly every discipline. Members receive a monthly e-newsletter from Global REACH, in addition to other occasional announcements and communications important to the U-M global health community. Faculty Associates are also eligible to apply for our Partnership Development grants and occasional travel grants sponsored by Global REACH. Through this program, we hope to build the global health community at U-M Medical School and other health science schools, bringing together like-minded researchers, educators, and clinicians to maximize the impact of our global activities.
