Allergy
At the Mary H. Weiser Food Allergy Center, we are leading studies on allergic responses to food, including the role of epithelial cells in food allergen presentation, the role of the microbiota in protection from food allergies and the influences of diet on inflammation and allergy. We also have strengths in the areas of asthma and pulmonary inflammation.
