The Resident Education Center at the Kellogg Eye Center is a 2,500-square-foot learning space designed to help ophthalmology residents build surgical skill, clinical knowledge, and collaboration.

The center features comprehensive training and educational resources, including:

  • A surgical skills and wet lab with advanced microscopes and an EyeSi surgery simulator for practicing cataract and vitreoretinal procedures.
  • Video technology that connects the center to Kellogg operating rooms, allowing residents to observe live surgical cases.
  • Conference rooms and study areas to support lectures, case discussions, and collaborative learning.
