    Dr. Allison Lake is a clinical assistant professor at Michigan Medicine within Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation, division of Rehabilitation Psychology-Neuropsychology. She completed her PhD in Clinical Science with a minor in Cognition & Neuroscience at Indiana University—Bloomington, and an APA-accredited clinical internship at the VA Ann Arbor Healthcare System. Dr. Lake then completed an APPCN-affiliated postdoctoral fellowship in adult clinical neuropsychology at the Indiana University School of Medicine Department of Psychiatry. She is board certified in Clinical Neuropsychology by the American Board of Professional Psychology (ABPP). Her work focuses on neuropsychological assessment and psychological adjustment within rehab populations, with an interest in issues related to training, education, and medical humanities.
