    Longhua's research focuses on aging, regeneration, and global rejuvenation, using planarians (Schmidtea mediterranea) and leopard geckos (Eublepharis macularius). The Guo lab applies a variety of techniques in genetics, genomics, molecular, cellular, and developmental biology.
