Dr. Kim attended medical school at The University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, MI and completed an internal medicine residency from the University of Michigan Health System. Later, he completed a fellowship in Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine from the University of California, San Francisco, CA. After serving as a faculty member at the University of California, San Francisco from 2005-2010, Dr. Kim joined the University of Michigan as an Assistant Professor in July 2010.
