My primary research interest is to better understand factors contributing to worsening urologic workforce shortage and to improve access to care for patients by understanding the current urologic workforce landscape, characterize issues with recruitment and retention, and identify areas of advocacy for health policy change on an institutional, state, and federal level. Additionally, I will utilize large datasets, multi-institutional data, and prospective data to understand epidemiology of andrological diseases including male infertility, erectile dysfunction, Peyronie’s disease, and hypogonadism and how urologic workforce shortage affects access to care for men with these conditions.

Clinical Interests
· Male infertility: Medical and surgical management and optimization of male infertility including microsurgical vasectomy reversal, microsurgical varicocelectomy, microsurgical sperm extraction.
· Fertility preservation: fertility preservation for patients with diagnosis of cancer or gender dysphoria.
· Erectile dysfunction: Medical and surgical management of erectile dysfunction including insertion of inflatable penile prosthesis.
· Low testosterone: Management of low testosterone in patients associated with congenital causes, infertility, and aging.
