    Evaluation of resident training and performance in oculoplastic surgery; outcomes in anophthalmic sockets and associated complications; molecular mechanisms and treatment options for floppy eyelid syndrome; outcomes and management strategies for orbital fungal infections; molecular markers of sebaceous carcinoma; factors contributing to surgical site infections; new metrics for cosmetic oculoplastic outcomes; cultural, ethnic, and/or religious influences in subspecialty choice; cultural, ethnic, and/or religious trends in patient decision-making regarding oculoplastic surgery; clinical trial involvement in novel treatment options for disorders related to the lids and orbit.
