    Research Overview

    My research interests center on examining how patients and providers utilize digital health technologies in primary care, with a focus on telehealth and patient portals. My current work evaluates the impact of telehealth on quality of primary care and explores how patients and providers communicate through portal messaging to manage chronic disease.
