"Epigenetic and 3D genome alterations in cancer at single-cell and spatial resolution"
Abstract
Cancer progression involves widespread disruptions to the epigenome and 3D genome architecture, yet the exact mechanisms driving tumor heterogeneity remain unresolved. In this talk, I will share our recent work dissecting chromatin states and long-range regulatory interactions across single cancer cells and intact tumor microenvironments using multi-omic spatial approaches. I will discuss how these structural rewiring events shape distinct transcriptional programs, present our latest strategies for jointly profiling chromatin organization and gene expression at high resolution, and outline how 3D genome dysregulation shape cancer cell states and therapeutic resistance.

He serves in the editorial board of Genome Research and Science Advances.
