    Michigan Medicine is taking an important step toward strengthening its educational ecosystem with the launch of the Michigan Medicine Education Community Steering Committee (ECSC). The ECSC will be jointly led by Dr. Louito Edje (Chair), with Co-Chairs Dr. Emily Abdoler, Co-Director of the Academy of Medical Educators, and Dr. Rajesh Mangrulkar, Executive Director of RISE (Research. Innovation. Scholarship. Education.). Together, they will steward the committee’s vision.

    Senior Associate Dean of Medical Education Louito C. Edje, M.D., MHPE, FAAFP, was reelected to the American Medical Association’s Council on Medical Education (CME). CME studies and evaluates all aspects of the medical education continuum and recommends national policies for medical and allied health education.
