    Dr. Sekhon completed emergency medicine residency at Central Michigan University where she served as ultrasound chief resident. She completed an advanced ultrasound fellowship at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston, Massachusetts. Then, Dr. Sekhon stayed on as faculty working primarily at a Harvard-affiliated quaternary center. She joins the University of Michigan as the Advanced Emergency Medicine Ultrasonography (AEMUS) Fellowship Director. Her interests include point-of-care ultrasound, ultrasound education, and global medicine.
