Research Interests
I am interested in the role of metabolism in disease progression, specifically in liver fibrosis related to metabolic dysfunction-associated steatotic liver disease (MASLD). My project is focusing on the role of glucose in STAT3 activation in fibroblasts and identifying glucose-dependent secreted factors that activate STAT3.
