I am an Associate Research Scientist in the Department of Computational Medicine and Bioinformatics at University of Michigan, and also serve as a faculty member of the Cancer Data Science Shared Resource (CDS-SR) at the Rogel Cancer Center.

My research focuses on applying bioinformatics approach on multi-omics data to decipher molecular subtypes associated with heterogeneous cancer phenotypes. I have been co-I on multiple R01 grants from NCI, NINDS and DHHS for cancer research. I have been extensively collaborated with numerous clinical and basic science investigators at the Rogel Cancer Center, leading to multiple high-impact publications and NIH grants.
