Raised in Eagle River, Alaska, moved to the "Lower 48" for college in Maine. I taught grades 8 and 9 in Arizona then moved to Philadelphia for med school AND met my husband. We were delighted to match to U of M. We anticipated superb training and a great quality of life here-both the U and Ann Arbor have exceeded our expectations!
