Research Interests
I aim to develop a logical reasoning model capable of connecting uncertain and large-scale propositions generated from spatial transcriptomics and other data capable of causal inference. Through this, I intend to propose a core theoretical framework for bioinformatics, which currently relies heavily on knowledge borrowed from other fields.
