Research Interests

Why is a biological system heterogeneous? Is it just due to randomness? I believe, on the contrary, that various information is stored through spatial heterogeneity. This has encouraged me to delve into biophysics and theoretical biology. Additionally, I have become interested in various spatiotemporal omics that can guide us beyond spatial heterogeneity. For example, I'm interested in spatial transcriptomics (ST), nanotechnology, medical imaging (e.g., PET, MRI), vaccine devel
