For me, U-M Anesthesiology provided the perfect combination of top-tier training, collegial atmosphere, proximity to family, and ability to have a life outside of the hospital. Balance was one of the big reasons I chose anesthesia as a career, and I think U-M prioritizes it. There is something for everyone in Ann Arbor. We really enjoy the dog parks, restaurant scene, and golf courses in the area.
