Dr. Noel is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Emergency Medicine and Department of Pediatrics at Michigan Medicine. She received her medical degree from the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine in Cincinnati, OH. Dr. Noel completed both her emergency medicine residency and her pediatric emergency medicine fellowship from the University of Michigan. She is board certified in emergency medicine and pediatric emergency medicine.
Dr. Noel is an adjunct faculty for the EMS Fellowship at Michigan Medicine. She also serves on the Washtenaw/Livingston County Medical Control Authority, the State of Michigan EMS Quality Assurance Task Force, and the State of Michigan Committee for Pediatric Emergency Medicine committee.
Her clinical interests are in the care of pediatric patients in the EMS system with research focus on in EMS quality care, EMS interaction with emergency departments, and EMS education for field providers.
