Clinical Associate Professor
Dr. Dave Serlin is a family physician and the Associate Chair for Clinical Programs for the Department of Family Medicine at the University of Michigan. His clinical practice has been at Briarwood Family Medicine in Ann Arbor since 2003 with special interests in medical procedures and contraceptive care (including vasectomy, IUDs, Nexplanon, skin biopsies and cyst/lipoma removals). Dr. Serlin helps oversee clinical operations of the 6 Family Medicine based clinical sites (Briarwood, Chelsea, Dexter, Domino's Farms, Livonia, and Ypsilanti). He is very interested in continuous quality improvement, patient safety, billing and coding.
