J. Quentin Clemens, MD, has published over 200 peer-reviewed manuscripts and book chapters. His research focuses on epidemiology and health services research related to benign urologic diseases, health policy, and quality of care assessment in urology. He has had continuous funding from the NIH since 2001. Dr. Clemens is currently the Principal Investigator for two NIH-funded research networks – the University of Michigan LURN Research Site and the University of Michigan MAPP Research Network. He has served as the Chair of the MAPP Network since 2013. His clinical interests include female urinary incontinence, complex fistulas and erosions, lower urinary tract reconstruction using bowel segments, bladder dysfunction due to neurologic disease, video urodynamic evaluation of complex lower urinary tract dysfunction, and interstitial cystitis/ bladder pain syndrome
