    • About

    Dr. Shaw is a board certified outpatient psychiatrist. She attended Michigan State University for medical school and completed her general psychiatry residency at the University of Michigan. Her area of expertise is women’s mental health/perinatal psychiatry and she is a member of the faculty team for the Perinatal Psychiatry Clinic. She carries the title of clinical instructor and is heavily involved in educating health care providers. Dr. Shaw has a strong interest in psychotherapy as well as the dyadic relationship between mother and child. She also is passionate about decreasing stigma associated with women’s mental health.
