My clinical interests include most all fields of adult health. In particular, I care for many patients with mental health concerns, including depression, anxiety and insomnia. I also have a passion for women's health with a focus on pregnancy prevention and have recently begun placing IUDs and hormonal rod implants. No obstetrics for me, though; you still need an OB for that! I can also perform endometrial biopsies and treat some post-menopausal concerns. I enjoy working with patients in the LGBTQIA+ community. Beyond the clinical scenario, I am the medical director of the Briarwood Medical Group, with an interest in provider wellness and burnout prevention. Outside of work, my attention is on my wonderful husband and our two kids, who are students at MSU and at Michigan, respectively. Yes, we have a House Divided flag in our front yard. And yes, I still root for Michigan! Go Blue!
