At the divisional level, in my role as fellowship director for cardiothoracic radiology, I have been actively involved with fellow recruitment, During the fellowship year, I regularly meet and mentor fellows and provide constructive feedback. I have also worked on starting multidisciplinary educational conferences as well as peer learning conferences in our division. In addition, I lead our thoracic interventional service and use this as an opportunity to teach our residents and fellows the nuances of biopsies. I regularly interact with our thoracic oncology team and this experience has been mutually beneficial and helps in providing the best care for our patients.
