  • About

Dr. Lise Wei has clinical interests in:
    • Stereotactic body radiotherapy (SBRT) and Stereotactic radiosurgery (SRS)
    • Adaptive radiotherapy (MR-linac, Ethos)
    • Clinical Total Skin Electron Therapy (TSET) physics service lead. Coordinate all TSET patient procedures, and perform radiation treatment commissioning, calculations, production of eye/nail/gonadal shields, and patient setup instructions. Lead resident training, foster communication among department TSET teams
    • Primary faculty responsible a TrueBeam Edge radiation therapy accelerator, mainly used for brain SRS or SBRT. Perform or oversee daily, weekly, monthly, and annual quality assurance and ensure machine safety in accordance with national and international standards. Also responsible for national accreditation which permits linear accelerator use in national clinical trials
    • Using machine learning for personalized treatment planning and decision making
