    Dr. Koehler joined the Michigan Medicine faculty in 2022 after completing an Advanced Emergency Ultrasound Fellowship at the University of Cincinnati where she also completed residency and served as chief resident. Since joining the faculty as part of the ultrasound division she has worked to ensure ultrasound machine maintenance and quality assurance of point of care ultrasounds in the department. She also had the opportunity to lead at the Ann Arbor VA and has since become the Service Chief for the Ann Arbor VA Emergency Department, helping to ensure that there is a relationship between Michigan Medicine and the VA.
