My recent interest has aimed at understanding the molecular basis of human polyomaviruses-associated hair follicle disorder (Trichodysplasia Spinulosa) and Merkel cell carcinoma. Past experience includes studies of Hedgehog (Hh) and Wnt signaling in development, regeneration, and neoplastic transformation of skin and other organs.
