My research interest has been in medical education research. I completed the Medical Education Scholars Program in June 2021. This program allowed me to delve deeper into medical education research. Specifically, I created Ophthalmology Clinical Competencies for medical students which is a standardized objective measurement and provides clear goals for medical students and educators.
